Founded in early 2003 by Edward Boze, Boze Capital, Inc. was built on the experience and network Mr. Boze had developed throughout a 30+ year career in real estate and finance related positions, including senior level roles at several Wall Street investment banks.
Recognizing the need for independent, expert consultation on the many complex issues surrounding public-private partnerships, Mr. Boze created Boze Capital to serve the developers, investors, and public sector contacts that he had enjoyed working with for many years.

With a highly flexible business model that allowed services to be tailored to complement each client's strengths, the "start-up" business quickly obtained numerous financial advisory and consulting engagements working on some of the most significant multi-family housing developments in Atlanta - including Atlantic Station, M Street, and Capitol Gateway. With so much activity in the first few days, Mr. Boze hired Melissa Bing, who had supported him for over 10 years at previous companies. Additional staff followed in late 2003. | |
Boze Capital entered the derivatives procurement and advisory business in 2004. As an investment banker, Mr. Boze had often worked with clients to determine their derivatives needs. This expansion allowed his company to offer clients the added service of procuring interest rate caps, swaps, and investment agreements. Since mid-2004, Boze Capital has closed numerous derivative transactions.
Scott Boze joined the business in 2005, with an MBA from Harvard Business School and after a long tenure at Bain & Company, a premier strategy consulting firm. His responsibilities include evaluating new business prospects, managing the derivatives division, and coordinating internal office operations.
As Boze Capital continues to grow the business and expand our professional team, we are continuously searching for new and innovative ways to work with our clients and partners. We look forward to finding ways to serve you.
